We've come a long way

When we started Candid Health, our vision was clear: to transform the often tedious and complex world of revenue cycle management (RCM). We set out to create a solution that not only simplified the process but also delivered exceptional results, allowing healthcare providers to focus on what they do best – caring for patients.

Over the years, we’ve grown significantly, evolving our platform and expanding our features to meet the dynamic needs of the healthcare landscape. Our commitment to innovation and customer success has been the cornerstone of our journey, leading to remarkable achievements and deep partnerships with our clients.

Candid’s growth has been nothing short of inspiring. We’re proud to have been named the Best RCM Solution by MedTech in 2025, a testament to the dedication of our team and the impact of our technology. This new brand isn't just a fresh color palette; it's a strategic move to showcase Candid’s undeniable differentiation in the marketplace. Our goal is to drive more clarity and consistency across everything we do, ensuring that our external presence embodies the innovative spirit and effectiveness within.

Candid’s brand system, explained

Every element of our new brand has been thoughtfully designed to communicate our core values and approach:

  • Word mark and icon: Our new icon, reminiscent of a Venn diagram, symbolizes partnership and collaboration. It represents our commitment to building solutions with our customers, not just for them. It also speaks to the continuous cycle of improvement and how we orient everything we do around tangible customer outcomes. We sit at the intersection of finance and healthcare; our logo nods to this position.
  • Gradient, fractals and grid system: These visual elements embody our ambition to evolve both the RCM industry and ourselves. The gradient represents transformation, the fractals illustrate the complexity we simplify, and the underlying grid system signifies our ability to bring order to the chaos that currently exists in medical billing.
  • Font and iconography: Precision and a foundation in first principles are at the heart of Candid Health. Our new GT America font and architectural illustrations reflect this dedication to meticulous design and thoughtful construction, ensuring every detail of our solution is robust and reliable.
  • Messaging to better reflect what we do: Our updated messaging cuts to the core of our impact:
    • "Take RCM from tedious to touchless": This highlights the profound importance of our touchless claim rate (TCR), demonstrating how we drastically reduce administrative burden and streamline operations.
    • "Patients need a human touch, medical billing shouldn’t": This statement emphasizes that by automating and optimizing medical billing, we free up our clients to focus on what truly matters – providing compassionate, human-centered care to their patients.
    • "Break the rules and build them back better": The insurance claims process works best when rules are in place to help billers navigate payer requirements. But the current legacy system isn't working well; it's not supporting the nuance of the rules needed. Candid breaks tradition in this way. We are breaking away from the status quo and have built a platform that supports RCM teams to drive the best outcomes.
