Candid Health Named to the Inc. 5000 as One of the Fastest-Growing Companies in America

Ranked #232 with 1,471% three-year revenue growth, placing in the top 5% of the list
SAN FRANCISCO--(August 11, 2026)--Candid Health, the autonomous revenue cycle management (RCM) platform for healthcare providers, today announced it has been ranked #232 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The ranking reflects 1,471% three-year revenue growth, placing Candid in the top 5% of the 5,000 companies on the list.
The Inc. 5000 recognition follows a period of rapid expansion for Candid, including a $120M Series D fundraise in July 2026 led by Sixth Street Growth and 190% year-over-year annual contracted run-rate revenue growth.
Today, Candid serves as the financial system of record and core RCM platform for leading U.S. healthcare providers across dozens of medical specialties.
"We started Candid because we believed the entire billing infrastructure of American healthcare needed to be rebuilt from the ground up," said Nick Perry, Candid Health Co-founder and CEO. "This ranking reflects the work our team has put in over seven years and the trust our customers have placed in us. More than 200 healthcare organizations now run their revenue cycle on Candid, and we're still early."
U.S. healthcare providers spend $280 billion annually on revenue cycle management. Legacy billing systems have not kept pace with the scale and complexity of modern provider organizations. Candid's platform unifies clinical, billing, and provider data into a single model, then uses a configurable rules engine and AI agents to automate the work that billing teams have historically done manually.
"Revenue cycle is one of the highest-stakes operational problems in healthcare. Every dollar that doesn't get collected is a dollar that doesn't fund patient care," said Doug Proctor, Candid Health Co-founder and COO. "Our growth is a direct result of what our customers are experiencing: lower cost to collect, higher net collections, and fewer manual touches across their billing operations. That compounding effect is what drives expansion across our customer base."
